TRAVELERS INDIVIDUALS
Free Tours are designed for the enjoyment of individual travelers. The tours are done solely by tips, and there is no upfront cost to join the tour. Reservations are not strictly necessary, but highly recommended. If you haven't booked, we suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before the tour's scheduled time to secure your spot.
People who show up at the meeting point are not subject to any charge, and tour spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
For quality reasons, we do not accept more than 6 people in the same reservation for the tour. If you are a group of more than 6 people, you need to book a private tour. Contact us for more information and prices.
As a general rule, if a tour has fewer than 4 participants, it may be canceled, although this happens in less than 2% of tours in a year. Our guides will be happy to provide you with various options and all kinds of directions. If you can't attend the tour, please let us know by emailing info@malagaturismo.es.

GROUPS (SIX OR MORE PEOPLE TRAVELING TOGETHER)
Groups of 6 or more people wishing to take the FREE TOUR are subject to a per-person fee. Our FREE TOURS are intended for small groups and individuals. Groups of six or more people should contact us to schedule a private visit, which is the only way to guarantee that your group travels together with a private guide. PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY
Participation in the tours is voluntary, and both the guide and MálagaTurismo.es: Guided Tours reserve the right to admission for any reason and at any time. Every activity carries a certain level of risk. At malagaturismo.es: Guided Tours, we strive to keep these risks to a minimum. malagaturismo.es: Guided Tours and its employees are not responsible for accidents, damages, losses, or theft during the tour.

PRIVACY
malagaturismo.es: Guided Tours does not sell your personal information to other companies. We reserve the right to use your data for marketing campaigns and operational purposes.
